压制组说明：
这个项目我们基于 KADOKAWA 发行的日版和 Sentai Filmworks 发行的美版两个版本的原盘进行了制作。
日版原盘画质较好，除了噪点比难较看之外几乎没有问题。但非常可惜的是日版原盘的第 3 4 6 7 8 话的部分片段有亮度问题，第 9 10 11 12 话基本上全片都有亮度问题。具体来说就是看起来比美版原盘和 web 更暗，可以参考第七组对比图。这些片段似乎都为 BD 修正片段，大概是在制作 BD 时错误地进行了转换，而且这个转换的操作并非线性，部分信息已经丢失了，我们没有找到合适的方法还原回去。
美版原盘由于码率较低，所以画质会差很多，线条有非常明显的振铃，噪点也被压成了方块状，暗场还有较严重的色带。而且美版的制作人员表虽然还是日文，但具有美版原盘常见的超强振铃，还好日版的 OP ED 部分都是正常的。
总之我们以日版为主，同时进行了大量分段处理，将日版有亮度问题的画面替换为美版进行制作。对于日版部分，我们进行了常规的逆向拉升重构、抗锯齿、去色带处理。然后削弱了原盘难看的噪点，并用同等强度的动态噪点替换。最后我们使用了轻微的纹理增强，并配合较为充足的码率，以保证暗场的观感。对于美版部分，我们使用了具有更强去振铃效果的逆向拉升算法进行处理，并加大了去色带力度。由于美版较低的码率导致了更多纹理损失，暗场表现也较差，而将日版有问题的画面直接丢弃又实在有些可惜，我们在不影响画面整体亮度的情况下，尽可能地用日版对美版的弱纹理和暗场部分进行了补偿，也算是对日版高码率的有效利用吧。
对比图的源部分，第二组来自美版原盘，其他均为日版原盘。
This project is based on both JPBD released by KADOKAWA and USBD released by Sentai Filmworks.
JPBD is of better image quality, except for the terrible DCT noise. Worse still, brightness problem is throughout the EP 9/10/11/12, and also in some scenes of EP 3/4/6/7/8, which brings darker brightness compared to USBD and WEB release (Pair 7 of screenshots as reference). All these scenes appear to be incorrectly revised during BD production, which is non-linear convertion. We did not find a suitable way to restore it back.
The image quality of USBD is rather worse due to its lower bitrate. We found serious ringing, block-shaped noise as well as strong color banding in the dark scenes. The credits of USBD are still in Japanese, but unfortunately with strong ringing, which is common in such kind of USBD. Thankfully, the OP and ED parts of JPBD are fine.
Anyway, the encode is mainly based on JPBD, with plenty of scene-filtering, replacing with scenes from USBD to fix the brightness problem. For scenes from JPBD, we applied routine descaling and reconstruction, anti-aliasing and de-banding. To fix the terrible DCT noise, we replaced it with dynamic noise of equal intensity. Mild texture enhancement is performed afterwards, combined with a sufficient bitrate, to ensure watching experience of dark scenes. For scenes from USBD, we carried out stronger de-banding as well as descaling with more aggressive de-ringing. Since the lower bitrate of USBD resulted in more texture loss as well as poorer encoding performance in dark scenes, and it was also a pity to discard the problem scenes of JPBD, we compensated for the weak textures and dark scenes of USBD with JPBD scenes as much as possible without affecting the overall brightness, which is kind of effective use of the high bitrate of JPBD.
For the screenshots, pair 2 is taken from USBD and rest from JPBD.
