南宋年间，奸臣秦桧结党营私，只手遮天。多名前朝元老结合武林中奇能异士，组成“豪侠”对抗秦桧。然而在一次押运巨款中，豪侠人士全部遇难，更牵扯到六扇门神捕阎铁心（黄秋生饰）涉及其中。出入义愤的阎铁心遂挺身而出，成为豪侠首领。他招至多名江湖奇人与其麾下：天下第一杀手平常（陆毅饰）、玉女神医扁素问（董璇饰），天下第一神偷风一阵（郑晓东饰），女骗神乐千千（李小璐饰），江南名妓凤来仪（李冰冰饰），加上富家子谢家麒（陈冠希饰）和大发明家东郭仁（林子聪饰），号称“八大豪侠”。在半壁河山沦丧之际，上演生死存亡的一战。
