◎简 介
海翘(赖雅妍 饰)出身富裕家庭，父亲海明威(王道 饰)是六间珠宝店的东主。明威有两个妻子，小老婆张亚美(狄莺 饰)是一个搞风搞雨的人，幸而翘的亲母李铁(刘瑞琪 饰)是一个很有智慧、很有办法去平息各种家庭问题的人，人称“铁妈妈”。
翘小时候遇上一场大地震，被困在瓦砾之中，幸得一名少年把她救了出来，翘对这个少年留下极深刻的印象，希望终有一日可以再与他重逢。
多年后，海翘从国外学成归国，并取得一级荣誉毕业。她不顾父亲明威的反对， 毅然与妹妹海汉子(林可彤 饰)投考警校。翘在警校内认识了教官高仓(路斯明 饰)，仓干练精明、疾恶如仇，可以为了正义不惜牺牲自己的前途，更令翘惊喜的是，仓正是当年那个救了自己的少年。
然而，高仓曾经中过枪，身体内留下一颗不能拔除的子弹。子弹不断释出铅毒，正慢慢蚕食他的生命。仓当年中枪是他的上司林秋水(樊光耀 饰)间接所害的，秋水是高阶警官，性格卑劣，最擅长把下属的功劳据为己有。
为了伸张正义，高仓率领着海翘、汉子及梁爽(林佑威 饰)等众队员，对内不断与秋水爆发冲突，对外则悍然无惧挑战权贵，终于侦破多宗轰动台湾的大案，包括『 连环杀手案 』 、『哑女被奸案』…过程之中，海翘与高仓互相扶持，感情与日俱增。
然而，高仓的生命快要走到尽头，在最后的日子里，海翘和高仓这对相知相爱的人继续与罪犯对抗，当中最大的敌人就是高仓多年的好兄弟，新兴起的黑道人物“精彩哥”…
其实精彩哥(王传一 饰)在黑道中辈份不高，但因为够烂、够狠、够屌，所以连辈份很高的角头大哥都不会去惹他，因为这个人不来惹你已经阿弥陀佛…
